About Appliance Network (Replacement Services)

Appliance Network offers the client a unique service that goes beyond existing service provisions.

Appliance Network uses its skill in the domestic retail market to provide the client with a cost effective means of replacing those appliances which have been deemed beyond economical repair. Resulting in the client gaining full control over the end solution to ensure the future profitability of the risk fund.

The establishment of a call centre and sales team dedicated to providing timely and quality communication between all parties is a core element of the service we offer to our Clients. End customers are given clear and concise information on the solution with due regard to the nature and severity of their problem and their wishes.

They will know 'what happens next' and have a central point of contact should events change during their involvement with either company. The service has been developed to satisfy the demands of our clients and customers and has been identified for the full range of issues that:

  • Deliver a “One Stop Shop” to support the Client and their customer.
  • Provide the client with full control over the costs of replacing BER appliances
  • Inform the customer of any “added value” products on offer from the Client.
  • Management of Staff incentives or Affinity schemes

These services can be applied to all products deemed BER and provide the client with a control which ensures the customer only receives an equivalent appliance matching the specification of the faulty product.

Given the customer details and the original product purchased; our sales team will deal direct with the customer and agree a suitable replacement based on the specification of the original product.

Appliance Network provides full UK coverage to ensure all customers receive the same level of after sales service.

Our aim is to replace the appliance at the lowest cost possible to the client while at the same time ensuring the functionality and specification remains the same for the end customer.
 
Standard Services Include:

  • Insurance company replacements.
  • Swap Out service of OEM manufacturers or Retailers.
  • Soft Service call centre.
  • Management of voucher schemes

 

Additional services include:

Upgrades: Allowing the customer to upgrade their choice from the product authorized by the client to a higher specification or brand.
