Client Proposition
The proposition can be taken in its entirety or as individual
services that suit your requirements e.g.:
• Warranty Companies and Loss Adjusters who require a
managed liaison between its customers and the range of trades
involved in the provision of a home repair service including
assistance with consequential loss items (i.e. Washing Machine,
Television replacement).
• Insurers may want to use part of the services themselves
and simply require Appliance Network to source a suitable
replacement product and have this dispatched direct to the
customer.
• Utility companies who require full use of the
service when the customer has been subject to excess network
voltage, ensuring minimum disruption while at the same time
gaining control over all potential
claims.
Whatever service interest you, CSSL and
Appliance Network provides:
• A single, nationwide “one stop shop” or “point of
contact” for the full range of services
• A Panel of appropriately skilled experts providing the
services you require.
The service is available either as a “detached” resource or
we will work with you to produce a bespoke service to match your
requirements. Either way you, as the Client, remain in control at
all times
